Accountant
General Responsibilities:
1) Monthly closing, make sure all the deadlines are met without delay
2) Checking vouchers prepared by cashier, and prepare GL ledgers
3) Perform monthy tax reports and declare to local tax authority.
4) Good well to operate the software of the exporting tax refund and declaration.
5) Help in implementation of payment procedures, daily communication with relative people.
6) Involved in ERP system implementation as a key user .
7) Make sure the compliance of the internal control policy and the legal compliance.
Job Requirements:
1.The candidate shall be aged preferably over 27 years old, have the tax and AP experience will be an advantage.
2.can-do mind-set, adequate cross-culture communication skills, and ability/willingness to pay attention to details are required. Furthermore, the candidate shall be of excellent sense of responsibility, capability to complete tasks under time pressure, and extremely driven to achieve quality completion of tasks assigned.
3.Has at least 3 years experience in Finance .
4.Fluency in Chinese and Business English is necessary.
5.Can work independently with self controlling.
6.Familiar with Local ERP system. Yongyou will be great.
